Usui Reiki Teacher

Born in the UK Gar has been based in China her second home for 17+ yrs. She began her Reiki journey 10+ years ago training in the Western system of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, and recently furthered her training to develop a broader understanding of Reiki and its origins. She is an Okuden Level practitioner training with Tadao Yamaguchi of The Jikiden Reiki Institute in Kyoto, Japan. Her approach is focused on what is universal to Reiki with a natural integration of knowledge, techniques and experience gained from both perspectives.
Gar is also an assistant instructor and Taiji practitioner of 9+ years training under her teacher Patrick Kelly. Her approach to her inner work is a combination of her understanding of both systems. She holds a genuine passion to help others and personally works with her clients and students towards creating the best version of themselves. Gar is also the creator behind all of Vibereition's creations. The merging of her creativity and healing is noticeable in both her designs and healing approach. She aims to share her experiences and knowledge with those also on a similar path of inner refinement.
Gar is now based in Koh Chang where she is initiating her project ThaiG Hub focusing on sharing Reiki & Taiji practices with others. Regular workshops, treatments & retreat programs are ongoing throughout the year as well as on goping training in Shanghai.

Founder of ShivEnergetics Academy
Born and raised in Northern England, Sera has been based in Asia for the last 15 years, where she has been pursuing her soul’s journey and life mission. Initially being based in Thailand, Sera developed her expertise in teaching children, and later progressed to the fitness industry through her desires to help and heal others. This eventually led her to Shanghai where her passion for wellbeing and health continued, and later led her towards the path of alternative healing. It is here where she discovered Reiki, and found her teacher in Thailand to continue her studies, and progressing to Usui Reiki Teacher Level. Sera is the founder of Aspire Health & ShivEnergetics energy training modality, established to focus on complimentary and alternative medicine for a more holistic approach to health, for clients and corporate wellbeing. Sera has taught over 300+ Reiki students, with over 80+ Reiki masters world wide, dividing her time between her two schools in China and Spain.
