How do i place an order on your site on your products? The site does not allow me to purchase

For all orders please contact us DIRECTLY. All products are now only available in our base in Koh Chang, Thailand.

As all our products are offered in small quantities and our designs are limited edition, our turnover of products is very fast. Therefore our "shop" area on our website is more of an online showroom for you to see all our products in one area. We replenish our products often so if a certain crystal is not available, it maybe available in our next shipment. Most of our jewellery designs can be replicated, so if it is out of stock it is possible to create a new one. Please note all designs will vary due to the natural characteristics of each crystal.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

Send us a direc message with a picturee of the item you are interested in and we will check whether it is available as soon as possible. Generally we will send more detailed photos for your selection of available items, or offer alternatives if they are out of stock. Payment can be done via bank transfer (Thailand/China/Hong Kong), wechat/alipay (China/Hong Kong) or through wise.

 

I love your products but not sure how to select the right crystals for myself/loved ones?

Follow your intuition! Crystals respond to our vibrations, and you will find yourself naturally drawn to certain crystals just by looking or touching. Take some time to look through our products and the information, and see if anything resonates with you. Alternatively you can read our crystal library for an overview, or take our Beginners Crystal Intro Course to learn exactly how to tune into your senses and intuition to select the right crystals!

I prefer to see and hold the crystals before purchasing them, is this possible?

Our products are located ONLY in Koh Chang now at our new base. Contact us if you wish to stop by and pay a visit!

I want to purchase a gift for a friend but i am not sure what they will like? Can they return it if it is unsuitable?

Unfortunately we do not offer returns/refund for energetic reasons. (Please read our store policy page for more details.) If you are unsure then you can contact us to purchase a gift certificate instead. This will allow flexibility for your friends to redeem it against any product or treatment services offered by us. We offer a digital gift certificate with a personalized message, that can be valued at your chosen amount.

My crystal/jewellery looks different to the one in the picture/has flaws why is this?

All crystals are unique and no one piece is ever identical. This is the natural beauty of crystals. Our turnover of products is fast as we hold small quantities and replenish often. Therefore the image you may see on our photos may not be exactly the same as the one you receive as it may have already been sold. Same goes also for our crystal jewellery. We have staple designs that we can replicate, but each design will vary slightly due to the crystal used. When you place your order with us directly, we will always send you photos and videos first so you can select and confirm your items before we ship them out. As for "flaws'- all crystals are unique in their sizes/appearance and may often have chips, or small markings due to their raw nature and how they were formed. This is part of their story. These are not defected in any way. We embrace these small imperfections as part of the crystals natural charm. Please be aware if you are wanting a "perfect" crystal. Even polished crystals will vary from piece to piece.

I am looking for crystals/products to specifically work on an issue, do you have any recommendations?

If you are specifically seeking to work on an area in your life, be that more balance, relationships, abundance or health issues, then connect with us directly for more guidance. We regularly put together custom gift sets for specific intentions and are happy to offer our advice and suggestions.

I am going through a very stressful period in my life, how can crystals help with this or solve my issues?

Crystals are a high vibrational tool that can assist us in many aspects of our life. They offer physical, spiritual, mental and emotional benefits when used correctly and can have very effective results. They work with our vibrations, so when we direct and set our intention in them, the energy will respond and merge with you to do its work. However they are a tool to assist only, and can not be expected to solve all your problems. If you are highly suffering from any issues we strongly recommend to have a Reiki treatment which can work on a deeper level to understand the root of your concerns, and release any energetic blocks in your system. Crystals can assist you on your healing journey, and smoothen the often bumpy road of inner growth.
