We focus on holistic methods that support the body's natural self healing system and inner growth. We specialize in: Jikiden & Western Reiki training, treatments, mentorship, practitioner & client programs, crystal healing & massage therapies. Western Reiki trainings accredited by IARP & Jikiden Reiki by The Jikiden Reiki Institute. Training and treatments available in both Hong Kong & Shanghai.

Every jewellery piece is designed according to the natural flow of each hand picked crystal and personally energized. Founder
Reiki Teacher · Shihankaku
Born in the UK Gar has been based in Asia her second home for over 20 years. Her interest in Internal Arts began in 2014 in Shanghai when she was introduced to the western system- Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki. Gar has been professionally practicing for almost a decade and has established a strong and growing Reiki community in Shanghai, China where she continues to teach regularly. In 2023 she traveled to Kyoto to explore the traditional teachings of Reiki and studied with her Teacher Tadao Yamaguchi, Head of The Jikiden Reiki Institute. She continues to return regularly for ongoing learning and support.
A certified Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki teacher and Jikiden Shihankaku, Gar's teaching approach integrates her understanding of both methods, whilst maintaining the essence and respective teachings of each valuable system. She is focused on sharing the universal aspects of Reiki. In addition Gar is a dedicated Taiji practitioner having trained with her teacher Patrick Kelly for the last 11+ years. Her Taiji practice continues to greatly support and anchor her teaching perspectives and life path in many ways.
Gar is also the creator behind all our hand craft designs, reflecting her mantra of Creative Healing. After 14+ years in Shanghai, she has spent the last 3 years in Koh Chang, Thailand focused on The ThaiG Hub project- a space dedicated to Internal Arts & Practices. As her life direction continues to move her forward she is now bringing the Vibereition base to Hong Kong where she continues to teach in between Hong Kong and Shanghai, whilst establishing the HK Taiji School with her partner. She aims to share her experiences and knowledge with those on a similar path.
