We specialize in Traditional & Western Reiki training and holistic therapies to support inner growth. All trainings and therapies are focused on holistic methods that support the body's natural self healing system. Specialized in: Western & traditional Reiki training, treatments & programs, crystal healing & massage therapies. All Western Reiki trainings accredited by IARP & The Jikiden Reiki Institute for Jikiden Reiki trainings. Available in Hong Kong & Shanghai.

Every creation and product has been hand crafted and selected with intention. Our hand creations include: crystal jewellery, essential oil blends, and natural body care. Every jewellery piece is designed according to the natural flow of each hand picked crystal and energized before it leaves our studio. All other energy tools are sourced with great care to ensure every product we offer is aligned with our vision & standards.

Gar Cheung
Born in the UK, Gar has been based in China her second home for 17+ yrs. Her interest in Internal Arts began in 2014 when she was introduced to the western system- Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki. She has
been practicing Reiki professionally for almost a decade and during this time has established a strong and growing Reiki community in Shanghai where she continues to teach regularly. In 2023 she was drawn to explore the traditional system of Reiki to support her teachings, and traveled to Kyoto to learn with her Teacher Tadao Yamaguchi, Head of The Jikiden Reiki Institute in Kyoto. She has since returned regularly to continue learning and receive ongoing support.
A certified Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki teacher and Jikiden Shihankaku, Gar offers treatments and training in both systems. Her approach integrates her understanding of both sides, whilst maintaining the essence and respective teachings of each valuable system. She is focused on sharing the universal aspects of Reiki. In addition Gar is a dedicated Taiji practitioner having trained with her teacher Patrick Kelly for the last 11+ years. Her Taiji practice continues to greatly support and anchor her teaching perspectives and life path in many ways.
Gar is the creator behind all the hand crafted designs at Vibereition. Her mantra of Creative Healing.
is often expressed through her creations and unique approach in her work. After spending 14+ years in Shanghai, Gar began a new chapter in Koh Chang, Thailand to build her new project the ThaiG Hub with her partner- a space dedicated to Internal Arts & Practices. After spending 3 wonderful years here, her project has evolved in a new direction and redirected her back closer to home. She is now based in Hong Kong where she continues to teach and share her holistic work and creations, whilst establishing the HK Taiji School with her partner. She aims to share her experiences and knowledge with those on a similar path.
