All our massage treatments are a combination of Reiki and holistic tools such as crystals. Each massage is intuitively guided by Reiki and works on treating mind, body and energy to restore peace and harmony to your wellbeing.

Reiki Massage
A unique healing method combining the complimentary healing of Thai massage and Reiki. Reiki intuitively directs where the energy needs to flow, whilst massage techniques help to physically stimulate and release stagnant energy in the body. Reiki helps identify problematic areas as well as building a deeper connection between mind, body and energy. Focused on physical relief, relaxation and reenergizing the energy system. No readings are given.
Each session begins with Reiki, varying to each person's needs. The natural combination of these two ancient methods provides a unique and amplified energetic release, without being overwhelmed with additional details that often surface in a Reiki session. As toxins are hidden deep in the muscles, the addition of physical massage techniques can stimulate them quicker to the surface to speed up the releasing process. Gentle pressure such as tapping, stroking, kneading and sweeping is used to send Reiki through the system, dispersing any stagnation blocking the flow of Qi. As a result your own natural healing system is enhanced. We end the treatment with a traditional Japanese Reiki technique - a short yet powerful blood circulation technique to rejuvenate the energy system. Ideal for those who prefer a gentle intuitive touch.

Crystal Treatment
A gentle, effective way to receive healing in a natural non intrusive manner. This treatment involves placing intuitively selected crystals on various points of the body to identify and release stagnant energy. Crystals hold high vibrational healing energies that respond to our own vibrations and needs. The combination of crystals also offer a powerful synergy effect.
We begin with a short discussion and practice to identify your focus for the session, before intuitively blending a personlized crystal essential oil blend to match your intention. After selecting our crystals we use Reiki energy to intuitively guide them around the body, occasionally moving them depending where the energy needs to flow. Crystals may be tapped or stroked along the body, or placed in a grid to direct stagnant energy out of the system. Every crystal is Reiki energized to heighten the healing vibrations. A light reading is given at the end. A great way to relax, balance, and realign your energy. Ideal for those who prefer a more gentle and non contact session. (Available with or without Reiki)
