Practitioner programs are aimed for all those who wish to continue learning, refining and establishing a longterm Reiki practice.
Our programs provide an opportunity to explore the universality of Reiki in a supportive space, without the limitations of a regular training environment. Ideal for those who wish to strengthen the foundations and explore in more depth the different aspects of the system. Programs allow space to focus on specific topics, revisit areas and explore related themes that often arise along the way.
Through cultivating existing skills and integrating knowledge from both traditional and Western perspectives, each program provides a valuable opportunity for practitioners to explore and deepen their understanding of Reiki, whilst learning practical methods that can be easily integrated to support daily life. Rather than adding external practices, we aim to deepen your practice through the system it self.
Open to practitioners of all levels and lineages.
What to Expect
Our practitioner programs are an opportunity to delve deeper into the system of Reiki, outside of a formal training environment.
As workshops are often limited in time, it is often difficult to touch on all aspects in full detail. These programs offer the chance to expand further with the flexibility to focus on areas of interest and to explore both systems to better support your current development.
For practitioners it offers an opportunity to learn new perspectives and approaches connected to both Western and traditional Reiki knowledge to continue refining your practice. We offer two types of program frameworks:
Topic Programs (Structured programs focused on key topics/aspects)
Personalized Programs (Tailored programs according to individual/group needs)

Topic Programs
We believe when you train a good system less is often more.
Our topic programs focus on frequently discussed themes that often arise and supporting practitioners in refining existing skills. Each topic aims to explore in-depth the different aspects of the mind, body and energy field in relation to the system of Reiki. We focus on stimulating new perspectives and approaches so practitioners can continue evolving their practice long after the training stages. Although a few new methods and techniques maybe introduced, the main tools will come from inner refinement, commitment and the personal efforts to establish Reiki as a life time practice.

#1: Self Development & Clearing Skills (*Pre.Req: Reiki 2 & Pendulum)
Ideal for advanced practitioners who would like to develop a consistent habit and method to delve deeper. This program will help to develop a better understanding of your essence and how to work towards identifying the main patterns and traits within yourself to refine. You will learn an effective step by step method that will provide a clear framework to support future self work. This flexible format can be adapted to support different areas and stages of your life and be easily integrated into your personal practice. In this way practitioners take responsibility for creating their own shifts through personal effort. This program covers how to work with positive/negative key traits, self pressure and resistance as effective self work tools, combined with daily intention and effort. By the end of the program practitioners will have a clear framework to assist in their own clearings.
Note: An essential part of this course is to allow sufficient time after the program to integrate the changes and allow the energy to settle.

- Those who wish to work on a central aspect/theme (family/relationships/finance/work/health/self growth etc)
- Those seeking to instigate change or move out of a stagnant situation.
- Seeking support through transition or navigating through challenging times.

#2: Reiki As a Professional Practice (*Pre.Req: Reiki 3)
This program is ideal for all practitioners who wish to develop their skills towards a professional set up or advance level practitioners who are regularly practicing with a variety of clients. We will work on refining and developing empathic skills towards ourselves and others, how to deliver and filter feedback, deal with sensitive topics, issues and pressure that may come up during your practice. You will get to practice these skills, learn how to read clients, subtle signs, energy maintenance and how to approach financial and practical matters whilst most importantly keeping your motive pure. We will delve deeper into the bodies and how to read and spot key indicators for imbalance.

- Those who would like to transition smoothly from a personal to professional practice.
- Advance practitioners who would like to build and enhance their personal practice.
- Practitioners who struggle to filter and pass on feedback in a fluid manner.
- Practitioners who would like to build empathic skills and develop sensitivity towards clients needs.
- Those seeking to balance inner & outer motives in their practice.
#3: Traditional Aspects & The 5 Pillars (*Pre.Req: Reiki 1)
To practice authentically it is important to understand the roots and the original essence of Reiki. This program is focused on connecting practitioners to the more traditional aspects of Reiki from a Japanese perspective. We will cover important historical details of Reiki and influential teachers to build a better understanding of how Reiki has evolved since it was first discovered. The main focus of this program will be working with the 5 pillars and how to fully utilize them. You will experience traditional Japanese techniques and methods to help heighten your practice, as well as meditation techniques to deepen your connection to the foundations.

- Those with a strong interest to understand and connect deeper with the Japanese origins and learn Reiki from a more traditional perspective.
- Practitioners who feel disconnected or struggle to find ways to evolve their practice in the right direction.
- Practitioners who feel overwhelmed with modern approaches and techniques.
- Those who would like to discover new perspectives and techniques to assist them in fully utilizing the system of Reiki.
#4: Expanding Your Crystal Practice (*Pre.Req: Crystals Advance)
(This program is specifically for practitioners who would like to specialize in working with crystals or take their practice to the next level. )
Rather than using crystals as a complimentary add on tool, this program is focused on strengthening your crystal practice so practitioners can confidently offer equally effective treatments without the use of Reiki. You will learn how to tap into the full potential of crystals through simple yet effective treatment layouts, how to clear, activate and work with crystalline grids and learn how to work with points on the body for specific healing. You will combine intuitive senses with tried and tested methods to amplify treatments, as well as being introduced to some of our recommended crystals for deep healing. Additionally you will learn how to create crystal elixirs in a safe manner, including how to chose the appropriate water for its vibrational benefits. Includes practice time so you are fully confident in giving independent crystal treatments.
Ideal for:
- Practitioners who would like to specialize and build their experience in crystal healing and/or deepen their practice.
- Those who would like to learn new skills/techniques and expand their professional practice.
- Those who lack confidence, connection or struggle to use crystals as an independent effective source of healing.
- Clients who may not be receptive to Reiki but open to alternative holistic therapies.
Personalized Programs
Our aim is to offer a space to support practitioners to evolve their existing practice, rather than adding more to the mix. Personalized programs are a valuable opportunity to reconnect or deepen your practice. Each program will focus on a pre determined theme based on your current needs and training, and combines methods and techniques from both a traditional and Western approach. Ideal for those seeking to deepen or reconnect with their practice, or would like to delve deeper into particular topics or areas of self work.
PROGRAM OUTLINE
A full day of training, mentorship and practice. Practitioners will receive benefits from both the Western & Japanese Reiki perspective. Additional self work should be done during your own time for maximum benefit. Each program will vary but will include:

Creative Healing Progams
Creative energy is an important resource that feeds our mind, body and energy levels. It allows us to expand our mind, embrace our masculine and feminine qualities through creation and problem solving, as well as opening us up to new possibilities and experiences. Our workshops are a good option for when you need to take a small break from the (hard!) work, or for those that would like to experience inner work in a more playful way. You will learn a new fun skills but also take away important life skills to be applied to your Reiki practice and daily life. Creative workshops may include: crystal grids, essential oil blending, jewellery making, handmade self care products, epoxy resin making & wood crafting.

Being able to follow Gar as my Reiki teacher to accompany me on this inner discovery journey, I just feel very grateful. The 1:1 program really helped me address the unresolved issues or emotions that came up during the treatments. The specific guidance on how to use the pendulum really helped me rediscover it as a powerful tool to use in my daily reiki journey. At the beginning, I had a lot of resistance to using it and after the pendulum course I didn't think I connected well with it. However with Gar's 1:1 program she was able to teach me how to use it with my blocks, and next thing I know it just perfectly integrated into my reiki routine. It helps me see blind spots and identify the blocks which I have never been able to see before. It hugely enhances my clarity.
The traditional Japanese Reiki treatments are another highlight of this personal program. I didn’t have high expectations, but in 21 days, with consistent treatments and my determination to release the blocks, I was able to let go of the numb and weird sensation in my chest that had been bothering me for more than five years. I would say that’s amazing! I feel very grateful and forever thankful because Gar is more than a teacher; she’s a loving, supportive friend. All these healing things can sometimes be very daunting and spooky, but if you have a teacher and follow the program, it feels just safe and right. It's like there's always a light before you.
