For those who enjoy a more physical approach we offer a range of unique relaxing massage treatments in house. All our massage treatments are intuitively guided by Reiki and include a short 20+ min Reiki treatment on the head to finish. If you wish to experience a more unique treatment- choose one of our holistic options instead. Each massage works on treating the mind, body and energy field to restore peace and harmony to your wellbeing.

Pressure Points

Traditional Thai Massage

One of the world's oldest healing modalities originating from India, and relating to Ayurvedic healing over 2500 years ago. Influenced by Chinese, Tibetan and Buddhist practices it is an integral part of Thai culture and their values. Spirituality and wellbeing are key to this system, making it both a spiritual and therapeutic healing method. Fundamental points known as Sen (energy) lines that run through our body where qi force flows are massaged. By applying pressure it helps to remove energy blocks which can affect our overall health.


Gentle pressure and stretching movements, allow for an effective way to heal, balance, and rejuvenate our system. Various parts such as the palms, elbows, feet and thumbs are used to stimulate movement, and it is often known as Thai Yoga due to its similarities and benefits within the two systems. This sequence includes a variety of stretches and movements created to improve both body and mind. Ideal for those who prefer a more active or deep muscle treatment. We end each treatment with a short 15-20 min Reiki session on the head.

Herbal Compress Balls

Herbal Hot Compress Massage

A key component of Thai massage is using traditional herbs to improve well being. This method involves different natural healing herbs such as lemongrass, tamarind, kefir lime skin, and ginger to heal the body. It works by compressing the herbs into a ball, and then steaming them to release the healing properties. When applied the heat relaxes the muscles and opens the pores, allowing the herbs to infiltrate the body through gentle pressure and massage. A soothing natural remedy for all massage lovers. Ideal for those suffering from aches, stiff joints and pains.

 

Our hot compress massages are unique as we also include the use of crystal stones inside each compress ball to allow a deeper energetic release in each treatment.
